All Sales Are Final

Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of original artwork, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

However we invite you to contact us for more detailed images or video consultation to ensure you make the right choice


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

We will assess the situation and, where applicable, arrange for a replacement or refund.


Refunds (if applicable)

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us. After this period, production or shipping may have begun and cancellation may not be possible.
