**Christmas Shipping Cut-Off**

Order by Monday 15th December for delivery before Christmas with our Standard Shipping service (metro areas Australia-wide, including Geelong, Gold Coast and Newcastle).

For orders needing Specialised Art Courier, and orders placed Tuesday 16th December until December 23rd, please contact us to see if pre-Christmas shipping is possible. It might be, depending on location!

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily use trusted carriers such as Australia Post, DHL, and FedEx. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at with photos, and we’ll work to resolve the issue swiftly.
